For the merger of Summit Health Medical Group with CityMD, we were tasked to create a whole new user experience, from scheduling an appointment, booking virtual visit, to finding the nearest CityMD location (because waiting can be painful).
These are a few (of the many, many) frames we designed to create a seamless, intuitive, and human interface for both existing and new patients.
